    • IF YOU ARE A RETURNING CUSTOMER AND THERE HAVE BEEN CHANGES PLEASE SELECT THE APPROPRIATE ICON AND FILL OUT THE REQUESTED INFORMATION

  3. ADD PRODUCTS TO SHOPPING CART

  4. CHECK YOUR ORDER

  5. MAKE PAYMENT

  6. THE PHYSICIAN WILL REVIEW YOUR ONLINE PRESCRIPTION REQUEST AND MEDICAL HISTORY FORM

  7. AFTER EVALUATION YOUR PRESCRIPTION WILL BE CALLED IN TO YOUR LOCAL PHARMACY
